Puss in Clothes

Last week my friends and I were involved in some sort of a photo shooting for a great store in our city. This store is called "Motanul Imbracat" which means "Puss in clothes", it used to be called "Puss in boots" when they  were only selling shoes, but now they also sell clothes (beautiful clothes). The photo shooting was extremely fun, I never thought such things are so pleasant! I had a great time trying on all those clothes and I would do it again any time. It was awesome to have my best friends with me, sharing this wonderful experience. Tell me what you think about the clothes!

Saptamana trecuta, eu si prietenele mele cele mai bune am "pozat" in diferite tinute pentru un magazin grozav din orasul nostru. Probabil ati auzit de "Motanul Imbracat", magazinul in regim de consignatie cu foarte multe rochii, genti, pantofi si chiar si accesorii extraordinare. Daca nu, va puteti convinge, urmarind pozele noastre. Desi nu am mai participat niciodata la un photo shooting, ma declar amatoare. Nu credeam ca va fi asa de distractiv si de grozav sa petrecem o zi printre haine superbe si pantofi eleganti. (haha, de fapt eram sigura, insa imi faceam griji de partea cu pozatul, deoarece niciuna dintre noi nu a mai facut asta-la modul "profesionist") Vreau sa aud pareri cu privire la hainele si pantofii prezentati!

Spring Inspiration

Unfortunately today I wasn't able to take photos of my outfit, but I created this mix of items, on polyvore.com  that I simply love. Waiting for spring I was thinking of all sorts of possible outfits for warm weather-not the case, yet- but when spring is here, I will be prepared! You should try polyvore too, it's real fun and can be really helpfull if you are making up a shopping list! haha

I chose cheap clothes & accessories-Afordable Fashion-The H&M dress is the main item of my collage, because I actually bought it a few days ago. Do you like it? I loved the pale pink, but you can find it in different shades (red, black, royal blue, and others).

Din nefericire, nu am gasit ocazia pe parcursul zilei de azi sa fac poze tinutei, insa m-am jucat putin pe polyore.com, creand o combinatie de articole absolut adorabile, inspirate de primavara-ce nu mai vine. 

Pentru acest mix am folosit doar haine si accesorii relativ ieftine (cu mici exceptii). Am ales rochia H&M ca piesa de referinta in colaj, deoarece am cumparat-o de cateva zile. Eu am optat pentru aceasta nuanta de roz pal, insa se poate gasi si pe rosu, negru, albastru royal si altele.

Best of March!

The beauty of this month is that spring should be coming-should-because it is not here yet, at least not here to stay. It's been weird these days, one day is raining, the other snowing and of course there were also sunny days, but at least I got the "spring attitude". I woke up today and despite the freezing cold I felt "springy" (not really appropriate but you get what I am saying). I love spring, and for me, March represents the beginning of it. Also, in Romania this month is full of presents (for women only-haha!) On the first day of March, our tradition "forces" guys to get beautiful souvenirs such as charms for the girls they know. These charms are tied up with red & white strings- white stands for purity and red for passion, so I've read. In some other regions of our country, girls give such presents to guys, anyway not in Cluj-Napoca, where I live. 

The 8 of March is called "Ladies'Day" but it used to be "Mothers' Day". During this day, girls are offered flowers, chocolate, or jewelery (ok jewelery is optional but is advisable :-)) )

Frumusetea lunii Martie consta in faptul ca marcheaza inceputul primaverii. Desi vremea nu pare sa se fi oprit asupra primaverii, cel putin nu inca, eu am deja atitudinea de primavara! Desigur, dupa cum stiati deja, luna Martie e plinaaa de cadouri pentru noi, fetele. Muhaha

8th March Ladies' Day

I spent the 8th of March with two of my girlfriends, with a pizza, a delightful dessert and some great cocktails. What do you think about or choice of clothes?

Excuse the absence

I've been very busy these days, with school stuff, work & I've taken a short vacation during the weekend. So, this weekend I spent a wonderful time with my friends, partying, near Cluj-Napoca and although I wanted to, I wasn't able to post anything because of the bad internet connection. Photos from my weekend will be uploaded soon! For this short post I decided to upload a picture of my beautiful new dress that cost only about 15 euros, give or take. I bought it from a cute store called "Motanul Incaltat", which sounds like "Puss-in-Boots". You can find there all sort of great stuff and shoes at reasonable prices.

I will son post "Affordable Fashion" and show you my other acquisitions.

Zilele astea am fost foarte ocupata cu scoala, serviciul si o mini-vacanta de weekend, la o cabana aproape de Cluj-Napoca, alaturi de prietenii mei. Din cauza conexiuni proaste de internet, nu am reusit sa postez imaginile de la cabana cu privelistea grozava si deliciosul gulas (facut de prietena mea Olimpia). Pentru acest post scurt si la obiect am ales sa postez o poza cu noua mea rochie, la numai 50 lei, achizitionata de la magazinul "Motanul Incaltat". This year's gowns were amazing. Every single one of them was exquisite and sophisticated, but I have my favorites and I'm sure you have yours!

My Top 3 favorites:

3rd place goes to Gwyneth Paltrow's white gown designed by Tom Ford.- I think this outfit compliments her flawless figure.

2nd place goes to Jessica Chastain's impressive dress, signed Alexander McQueen-I like the "golden" details, because it goes amazing with black.
The winner is: the beautiful and delicate Giambattista Valli creation, worn by Emma Stone.  I love the big sized bow and the color goes perfectly with her skin tone and hair color.
